Sale Extended!

Hi all! I've extended the holiday card sale through this Sunday! We had a little trip this past weekend and I thought I would have some extra time to work but no internet and no time didn't really bode well for a sale week. So I had to put my shop on "vacation mode" but I opened it back up today and started the sale again. Happy shopping :)

In Flight

I love designing these little calling cards. They are so adorable when they're printed and I just love having them tucked away in my purse to hand out to new friends...especially new mom friends! I never knew about these "mommy calling cards" until I joined Etsy and, honestly, thought they were a little silly when I first heard the idea. Essentially, the idea is that they're little business cards for moms to hand out to other moms they meet to arrange playdates and such instead of fumbling through their purses for a scrap piece of paper and a pen. They are also great to leave for the sitter. Once you see these cute little guys in person they really are adorable! They can be customized with your kiddo's picture too! So, here is the new "In Flight" design along with "Luminous" and "Candy Buttons!"

Inspired

I created a new holiday card tonight inspired by my absolute favorite birth announcement. It can be customized as a two-sided card like the announcement is shown or just as a single-sided card. I hope you enjoy it!

Target Toys Coupons!

We just hit the mecca of all Target coupons! My family lives at Target so when I stumbled across all of these coupons it was love at first sight :) There are over 75 coupons for toys for kids of all ages from $5 off to $20 off. New Petal Calling Card

This calling card was actually a custom design for somebody looking for a simple petal and a very minimalistic design. I loved the simplicity of the final design so much that I added it to the shop! As always, the color palette can be manipulated to suit your personal style.

Unexpected

Design, sometimes, is a really funny thing. It plays tricks on your mind and always has you guessing. There have been a couple of times when I create something that I just LOVE and I am so sure is going to be a hit with my customers then....crickets, crickets....nothing. Then there are other times when I get something in my head that I think, "hmmm...I guess this could be cute, lets put it together and see what happens." Then, low and behold, it's insanely popular! Case in point: my "Bright and Cheery" Holiday Card. I created this card because I wanted to see what I could do with color blends. Once I got the card finished, I'll admit, I really liked it. However, by no means did I think it was going to be featured on 3 different blogs and conjure up the most hearts I've ever seen a single item have on Etsy!

So, thank you Photoshop for making me curious about color blends and overlays and for giving me a super fun and unique holiday card!
